Smart Saver
Shell Card Smart Saver allows you to manage your cards online and receive your reports and invoices by email. It provides you with basic but comprehensive reporting that lets you control your business without unnecessary fuss and cost. As well as paying our lowest standard fee, you'll receive an additional discount.

It is important to highlight that in applying for Shell Card Smart Saver you must: use Shell Card Online to manage card orders and modifications receive all reports and invoices electronically

Value for Money
Shell Card has a simple pricing system that is designed to protect you and always deliver the best possible value. It's smart because it compares the pump price at the time and place of your purchase to the Shell Card Regional List Price (less your specific discount), then charges you the lower of the two. This means that your drivers never have to waste time shopping around for the best price at Shell.

Less Paperwork, More Information
With Shell Card, you can forget having to hunt for individual receipts or reimburse expense accounts. Instead, you'll receive easy-to-understand tax invoices that are GST approved. What's more, you can choose whether you receive your invoice and statement by mail, or you have it sent directly to your inbox with eBilling.

Customise your Shell Card
You can choose whether to have a card for each driver or for each vehicle. There's no limit to the number of cards you can have. Plus, your Shell Card can be customised using the following features: Purchasing options: Shell Card lets you choose from a wide selection of purchasing options and specify exactly which products and services each card can purchase. The options you specify are displayed as icons on each card so your drivers know at a glance what they have access to. Compulsory PIN: For your security all Shell Cards are issued with a compulsory PIN, so you'll never have to worry if a card ever gets lost or stolen. Odometer readings: To keep a record of vehicle usage and mileage, you can make it compulsory for drivers to enter odometer readings every time they make a fuel purchase. Usage limits: To control expenditure, you have the option to select daily or monthly usage limits on your driver's cards. We advise usage of these limits in conjunction with our Smart Alert reports, that allow further control on individual card expenditure.

One of the great benefits of Smart Saver is free access to Shell Card Online. As well as providing the facility for you to order your cards, Shell Card Online makes you even more independent by allowing you to: cancel or modify your Shell Cards generate reports and drill down on specific dates, cost centres or cards Instantly access all of your past invoices and detailed transaction reports So, any time, day or night, you can instantly access your latest information, which means you no longer have to wait for monthly statements. And best of all - there's no more paper.
